When most people think of Louisiana culture, the think of New Orleans or Baton Rouge, so I wanted to depict something closer to home. Rayne is small town located in central Louisiana, known for its annual Frog Festival, where locals participate in various activities such as cooking bullfrogs, racing them, and even dressing them up in costumes.
